KATHMANDU, April 7: Newly-elected Vice Chair of the National Assembly, Leela Bhandari, today took an oath of office and secrecy before the NA Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal in the presence of President Ram Chandra Paudel.
The swearing-in ceremony was held in the Office of the President, Shital Niwas.
