KATHMANDU, June 21: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Gagan Thapa is set to attend the inaugural session of the first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) in Chitwan.
According to his private secretary Shankar Kuikel, Thapa will participate in the opening ceremony and deliver a congratulatory address.

RSP had invited leaders from opposition parties to attend the convention’s inauguration as guests.
The convention is being inaugurated on Saturday at the Guest House Ground in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
