KATHMANDU, March 23: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. celebrated Global Money Week 2026 by organizing financial literacy programs in 44 locations across the country, benefiting more than 3,000 students and youths.
Held from March 16 to 22 under the theme “Smart Money Talks”, the initiative aimed to educate school and college students on key financial concepts, including the importance of savings, loans, investments, digital banking, and awareness of digital fraud, according to a press statement issued by the bank.
Programs were conducted across all provinces, covering cities and towns such as Itahari, Biratnagar, Simara, Patan, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, and Dhangadi, among others.
