KATHMANDU, March 30: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology (DHM) has stated that westerly winds are currently influencing the country. Karnali, Sudurpaschim provinces, and other hilly areas have partial cloud cover, while the rest of the country has clear weather.
The DHM forecasts mostly clear weather across the country today, with partial cloud cover in the hilly regions. One or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki provinces may receive light rainfall with thunder and lightning. Similarly, one or two places in these provinces' high hills and mountainous regions may see light snowfall.
