BHAKTAPUR, Nov 8: District Police Range, Bhaktapur, arrested four persons who were involved in burning the Sanothimi-based Police Sector and the Transport Management Office at Madhyapurthimi during the September 9 Gen Z protest.
Those arrested ones are Kiran Duwal, 33, from Changunarayan municipality-2, Sagar Magar, 23, from Sanothimi, and Himal Shrestha, originally from Ramechhap and currently staying at Magargaon Sanothimi, and Sanjit Kumar Thakur, 24, currently staying in Sanothimi. Further investigation into their wrongdoing is underway, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Jabeju.

Similarly, five inmates who escaped from various jails during the September 9 Gen Z protest were arrested in the district and later sent to their respective jails, Jabeju added.
