Gold price falls, silver rises in Nepali market

The price of gold decreased in the Nepali bullion market on Monday.

KATHMANDU, May 4: The price of gold decreased in the Nepali bullion market on Monday.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of gold fell by Rs 300 per tola today. With this change, hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 294,800 per tola.

On Sunday, the same gold was traded at Rs 295,100 per tola.


Meanwhile, the price of silver increased on Monday. Silver rose by Rs 20 per tola and is currently being traded at Rs 5,030 per tola, the FENEGOSIDA said.
