KATHMANDU, April 7: Journalist GP Timalsina has been arrested after a formal complaint was filed against him by his ex-wife, former Miss Nepal Usha Khadgi.
The complaint was submitted on Monday at the Bhaktapur District Police Headquarters, and Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Jabegu confirmed that Timalsina was taken into custody on Tuesday.

Khadgi’s complaint alleges indecent behavior by Timalsina. A few days ago, she had publicly accused her ex-husband of inappropriate conduct via social media.
Although Usha Khadgi and GP Timalsina are legally divorced, the two have continued living in the same household.
