Province Chief Sumitra Subedi Bhandari appointed Sonal to the post on Wednesday in accordance with Article 168(2) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Sonal formally received his letter of appointment from the Office of the Province Chief earlier today, marking the official commencement of his tenure as the CM.
