KATHMANDU, March 13: The Free Students’ Union (FSU) of Nepal Law Campus is set to organize the “Inter-Law Cricket Championship.”
The tournament will be held on March 18 at the Laboratory School ground in Kirtipur, according to the organizers.
NCC, ASCOL, Surkhet Campus into semis
FSU Vice-Treasurer Bidisha Mishra said the competition will feature eight teams in the men’s category and six teams in the women’s category.
The matches will be played in the T20 format, with three to four games scheduled per day, the organizers said.
In the men’s category, the winning team will receive a cash prize of Rs 111,000, while the runner-up will be awarded Rs 55,000. In the women’s category, the champion team will receive Rs 66,000.
The event aims to promote sportsmanship, unity, leadership and networking among future legal professionals, the organizers said.
