KATHMANDU, July 8: A bill to amend the Plant Protection Act, 2064 BS and a bill to amend the Seed Act, 2045 BS have been authenticated by President Bidya Devi Bhandari.
The two bills were passed by the House of Representatives and the National Assembly and submitted to the President's Office for authentication.

Pursuant to Article 920 of the Constitution of Nepal, President Bhandari ratified the two bills on Friday, according to the Office of President.
