Protests erupt at Maitighar following former PM Oli’s arrest

Following his arrest late Friday night, party workers have staged protests across the country, expressing their dissent against the detention of the former prime minister.

KATHMANDU, March 29: Demonstrations are underway at Maitighar in protest against the arrest of former Prime Minister and KP Sharma Oli, the chairperson of the CPN-UML.

Following his arrest late Friday night, party workers have staged protests across the country, expressing their dissent against the detention of the former prime minister.
