KATHMANDU, March 25: Ridge Line Energy’s shares have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), with trading set to begin from Thursday.
A total of 11.85 million shares of the company were listed on NEPSE on Wednesday. Of these, 2.6 million units are ordinary shares issued to the public under the IPO, while the remaining 9.29 million units are promoter shares.
Food crisis looms large as drought hits Madhesh districts
The company had issued 22 percent of its paid-up capital to the public through the IPO.
NEPSE has set an opening price range of Rs 100 to Rs 300 for the first trading of the company’s shares in the secondary market.
