Of the injured, 11 are undergoing treatment in Chitwan Medical College and eight in Bharatpur Hospital, police said.
Ambika Ghimire, 57, of Geetanagar -3 and another person are serious, police said.
Accident occurred when Na 2 Kha 9874 overturned on the road while heading for Narayangadh from Ratnanagar of Chitwan, and the bus driver is at large.
