KATHMANDU, June 28: Eight people, including the driver, sustained injuries after weered off the road and tumbled down a slope at Melamchi of Sindhupalchowk district on Saturday.
The bus bearing registration number Bagmati Province-3-01-005 Kha 9976, en route to Kathmandu from Bhotang met with the accident at around 1 pm on Saturday.

According to the Area Police Office, Melamchi, the accident took place on the road across the market at Rampurbesi of Melamchi Municipality-10.
Eight people were injured in the accident. Two of the injured are in moderate condition while six others sustained minor injuries, police said.
The injured are undergoing treatment at a local health facility. Further investigation into the cause of the accident is underway, police said.
