Dinesh Chandra Shah, a resident of Kalyanpur VDC-6 in Saptari was arrested for appearing in the test on behalf of his brother-in-law Bhola Shah.
He was appearing in the test at the examination center in Pashupati Adarsha Higher Secondary School in Lahan, according to Police Inspector at Area Police Office Lahan Chandra Rajbansi. RSS
