Five held with opium in Nepalgunj

NEPALGUNJ, April 4: Police here have arrested five people with opium from a local hotel Pushpa Lal Chowk in Nepalgunj last night. A special team of police from the Regional Police office Surkhet and the Ward Police Office, Nepalgunj arrested them and seized the narcotics from them.



The arrestees are Govinda Oli, Lalita Regmi, Hikmat Malla, Tej Bahadur Ghimire and Purna Chaudhary.



The action will take against them according to Narcotics Control Act, said Superintendent Police (SP) Bhupal Kumar Bhandari.
