MAKAWANPUR, Jan 1: Police have arrested four people on the charge of butchering a cow.
Four people including forty-year-old Shankar Moktan of Bakaiya Rural Municipality-7, Kandrang, Makawanpur was rounded up on the charge of killing the cow for meat.

Police caught them red-handed with the cow meat while they were butchering the cow in the field of Santa Bahadur Rai, a local.
Police said they are investigating the case.
