KATHMANDU, Nov 13: A child died in a car accident on the road in Tiwari Tole, Mulpani, Kageshwari Manohara Municipality-6.
A 9-year-old boy, Shiva Thapa Magar, son of Ganesh Thapa Magar from Gaushala Municipality-10, Mahottari, died after being hit by a Haiti SUV with the registration number Ba 11 Cha 7609.

The accident, which occurred on Tuesday afternoon, left the boy severely injured. He was initially rushed to Shankharapur Hospital in Narayantar and later transferred to Grande Hospital in Tokha, where he succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday afternoon.
The police have taken the driver into custody and are conducting the necessary investigation into the accident.
