National Assembly meeting at 1 PM today (with agenda)

KATHMANDU, June 24: The meeting of the National Assembly, the upper house of the federal parliament, is being held today (Friday) at 1 PM.

According to National Assembly Secretary Rajendra Phuyal, the agenda is to table the Finance Bill, 2022, Bill to Raise National Debt, 2022 and the Debt and Guarantee (25th Amendment) Bill, 2022 received with a message from the House of Representatives.

In today's meeting, Minister for Health and Population Birodh Khatiwada will present the COVID-19 Crisis Management Bill 2021 and the Drugs (3rd Amendment) Bill, 2022 for clause-wise discussion in the House.

Minister for Physical Infrastructure and Transport Renu Kumari Yadav has a possible agenda to introduce the Railway Bill, 2022.
