NC, Maoist, UML to meet Friday morning

KATHMANDU: Although a meeting of two major ruling coalition partners—CPN (Maoist) and CPN (UML)—Thursday morning had decided to hold a meeting with Nepali Congress (NC) later on the day, it couldn’t take place due to NC President Girija Prasad Koirala´s health conditions.



NC leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala said President Koirala was suffering from diarrhea. "Since Girija babu is not well, the meeting couldn’t be arranged."



He said NC leaders Dr Ram Sharan Mahat and others are meeting Maoist and UML leaders Friday morning.
