KATHMANDU, Feb 15: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) made an agreement with the 11 student unions to withdraw the hike in the price of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (cooking gas), on Friday. The NOC held talks with student leaders today and the two sides reached an understanding to that effect.
