GULMI, Aug 11: A pedestrian died after being hit by a motorbike in Gulmi. The deceased has been identified as Chitra Bahadur Sarki, aged 45.
The incident occurred when the motorbike (Lu 19 Pa 8273) en route to Harewa from Shantipur hit Sarki at Shantipur of Chandrakot rural municipality, informed DSP Min Bahadur Ghale.

Sarki breathed his last on the way to Shantipur sub-health post said DSP Ghale.
The motorbike rider has also sustained injuries.
Police have launched an investigation against the bike rider taking him into police custody.
