KATHMANDU, March 7: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) is leading in the ongoing Proportional Representation (PR) vote count under the House of Representatives election.

As of 10:00 AM on Friday, out of 67,788 votes counted, RSP has secured 38,311 votes. In the PR system, Nepali Congress has received 11,456 votes, CPN-UML 6,047 votes, Rastriya Prajatantra Party 2,818 votes, Nepali Communist Party 2,424 votes, Shram Sanskriti Party 1,476 votes, Rastriya Pariwartan Party 871 votes, Nepal Majdoor Kisan Party 258 votes, Nepal Janata Sanrakshan Party 139 votes, and Pragatisheel Loktantrik Party 1,236 votes.


Vote counting under the PR system is still ongoing. A total of 110 seats are being contested under the proportional system.
