BAITADI, Nov 20 : Chairman of Pancheshwar Rural Municipality, Ward Number 4 in Baitadi district, Raj Bahadur Chand has died this morning.

The Rural Municipality Ward-4 Office assistant Prem Bahadur Chand said the Ward Chair was found dead at a place called Kandedhar near his house. The Ward chairman had participated in the Dhurajat religious fair at Kailapal Temple last night. A police team has reached the incident site and further investigation is underway, police said.
