The scuffle ensued after the government decides to withdraw a case against a cadre of the union, Ramesh Panta who was accused of attacking another cadre Salikram Jammakattel. [break]
Laxmi Shrestha, Jammakattels wife from Dahal’s faction and Panta’s wife Durga, from Bhattarai´s faction had ended up thrashing each other in the hotel.
Dahal and Bhattarai, both have reached the incident site to resolve the matter.
