BIRATNAGAR, Sept 14: High Court, Biratnagar has ordered to release Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dibesh Lohani, who was implicated in the 33-lg gold scam, on a general date.
A joint bench of judges Nagendra Karna and Sharanga Subedi on Friday issued an order to release Lohani reversing the decision of Morang district court.

SSP Lohani had filed an appeal at the High Court, Biratnagar, seeking his release on June 21.
On May 1, Morang police had arrested Lohani for his alleged involvement in the smuggling and disappearance of 33 kilograms gold.
