“The split will raise the infrastructure cost and bring problems in inter-ministerial coordination,” Koirala said.
Pointing at the need to amend regulations for the new work division, Koirala said, “Changes have to be brought in the law,” adding, “We are currently working out infrastructure cost, layout plan and space management.”
