The municipality had organized an interaction program on tax education on Monday. Although a banner placed at the program venue had shown and termed it as a three-day program, the progra was concluded within two hours' time, Manju Regmi, a participant in the program informed.
Moreover, the participants of the program were asked to sign double minutes. Although the program was held on 'tax education', the participants of the program were also asked to sign another minute named as 'public hearing program', which did not took place at all.
The information written in the minute was also not true. Although there was written that a public hearing program was successfully conducted at the presence of journalists and leaders of the political parties under the chairmanship of chief executive office of the municipality Ram Chandra Lamgade in the minute, there were neither Lamgade nor leaders of the political parties and journalists were present at the program.
