KATHMANDU, Nov 1: The main opposition party, CPN-UML, is going to release its election manifesto for the upcoming November 20 elections today.
According to Central Member of the party and Deputy Head of the Publicity Department, Bishnu Rijal, the manifesto is going to be released amidst a special function in Kathmandu on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Rijal, UML is preparing to publicize the manifesto in a new way. Following its release, UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli will hold a 'live debate' on the manifesto.
