KATHMANDU, June 18: The value of the US dollar continues to rise, now reaching a selling rate of Rs 138.29, an increase from Rs 138.01 just a day earlier. The Chinese yuan also experienced a modest uptick, with its selling rate climbing to Rs 19.25.

In addition to these developments, several major currencies have also appreciated against the Nepali rupee. The euro is now valued at Rs 159.99, the British pound at Rs 187.56, and the Swiss franc at Rs 170.20. Furthermore, other currencies, including the Australian, Canadian, and Singaporean dollars, have recorded notable gains as well.
