BARDIYA, Jan 12: A tiger killed a woman in the Bardiya National Park. The authorities identified the deceased as Padamkala Thapa, 50, of Thakurbaba Municipality-7 in the district.

“She came under the tiger attack while grazing cattle in Bakuwa community forest at Thakurbaba Municipality-6,” said Ashok Kumar Ram, the Park's Chief Conservation Officer.
