Gold price up by Rs 1,250

KATHMANDU, Aug. 4: Price of gold has increased by Rs. 1,250 per tola today, the first day of the week, as compared to Friday.



According to Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers´ Association (NEGOSIDA), gold has been traded at Rs. 53,300 per tola in Nepali market today. [break]



Likewise, price of worked gold has been fixed as Rs. 53,050 per tola today against Rs. 51,800 on Friday.



Similarly, price of silver also increased by Rs. 25 per tola today and reached Rs. 845.



Chairman of NEGOSIDA, Mani Ratna Shakya, said that the gold price has increased today due to impact of international market.
