BIRATNAGAR, June 22: Five Nepal-India power transmission links that were damaged by Koshi flood last year have been reconstructed. The 132 KV transmission lines on the Nepali side of the border are now ready for use, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) said.

Since the NEA is working to shift power import from India from the temporary transmission towers to the reconstructed ones, electricity supply in the eastern Nepal is likely to be disrupted during daytime for the next three days.
