The team of Bangladeshi pro Mohammed Zamal Hossain Mollah that included amateurs Kiran Pyakuryal, KNS Thapa and Dorjee Sherpa finished runner-up with 52.9 points, while the team comprising Nepal´s No 1 professional Shiva Ram Shrestha and Phintso Ongdi Lama, Kalu Ghale and Jigmay Dongstetsang finished third.
The event was played in team scramble format, where the team handicap was decided on the basis of 1/10th of the total handicap and saw more than 100 players vie for the honors.
SNPL Managing Director Syed Mahmood Ahmad, Professional Golf Tour of India (PGTI) Director Padamjit Sandhu, Nepal Professional Golfers Association President Rabindra Man Shrestha and Gokarna Golf Club President Suhrid Ghimire gave away the prizes to the winners.
