KATHMANDU, April 22: The price of gold and silver has seen a slight decline on Wednesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
The price of gold has dropped by Rs 800 per tola compared to the previous day, setting it at Rs 300,500 per tola. On Tuesday, gold had increased by Rs 1,600 per tola and was traded at Rs 301,300 per tola.
Gold and silver prices remain steady
Silver prices have also continued to decline for the second consecutive day. The price of silver has decreased by Rs 30 per tola compared to Tuesday, reaching Rs 5,130 per tola on Wednesday. On Tuesday, silver had fallen by Rs 30 per tola and was priced at Rs 5,160 per tola.
In the international market, gold is being traded at USD 4,756.94 per ounce, while silver stands at USD 78.16 per ounce. On Tuesday, gold was priced at USD 4,792.26 per ounce and silver at USD 78.88 per ounce.
