KATHMANDU, March 25: Seniormost member of the House of Representatives (HoR), Arjun Narasingh KC, has taken the oath of office and secrecy. KC, elected under proportional representation from Nepali Congress, took his oath today.

The ceremony was held at Sheetal Niwas, where President Ram Chandra Paudel administered the oath.
With KC’s swearing-in today, the oath-taking of all 274 elected members of the HoR is scheduled for Thursday.
