KATHMANDU, May 10: Police have recovered three hand grenades from a forest area near Ram Mandir, close to the Pashupati region in Kathmandu Metropolitan City–9.
According to police, the suspicious objects were discovered after locals spotted them near the temple area and immediately informed security personnel.

The items were identified as three 36-type hand grenades.
Police said the explosives have been handed over to the Nepali Army for safe disposal.
