KATHMANDU, June 25: Gold and silver prices declined significantly in Nepal on Thursday, with gold dropping by Rs 5,200 per tola and silver by Rs 250 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA).
Gold and silver prices remain steady
The price of gold has been fixed at Rs 278,300 per tola, while silver is being traded at Rs 4,235 per tola. On Wednesday, gold was priced at Rs 283,500 per tola and silver at Rs 4,485 per tola, FENEGOSIDA said.
Meanwhile, gold is being traded at USD 3,999 per ounce in the international market.
