KATHMANDU, Nov 10: Hamro Patro, Nepal’s leading digital service provider, has launched its new Flu Vaccination at Home service, enabling users to receive influenza vaccines from certified healthcare professionals at their doorstep.
According to the company, the service began on Saturday and aims to make flu vaccination safer, easier, and more accessible. Hamro Patro has partnered with Sarwanidan Clinic Pvt. Ltd. to ensure that the vaccination process is medically reliable and well-organized. The company has already been offering telehealth services through audio and video consultations with specialist doctors.

“Our priority is to provide Nepali citizens with easy access to healthcare. Introducing the at-home vaccination service is another major milestone in this journey,” said Sudina Gautam, Director at Hamro Patro. She added that the collaboration with Sarwanidan Clinic has strengthened the service’s safety and medical management.
The company said demand for flu vaccines rises during winter, when the risk of infection increases—particularly among senior citizens, individuals with chronic illnesses, and those with weakened immunity. For many families who struggle to visit hospitals or clinics, timely vaccination can be difficult. The at-home service seeks to address this challenge by offering a safe, prompt, and dependable vaccination experience directly at a user’s home, it said.
Users can book the service through the Hamro Patro app by filling in basic personal details and selecting a preferred time. A certified nurse or healthcare professional will then visit the user’s residence to administer the vaccine. The app also provides information on eligibility, precautions, possible side effects, and contact details for support, according to the statement.
The Flu Vaccination at Home service costs Rs 3,900.
