KATHMANDU, Jan 21: Nepali Congress President and former prime minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has congratulated Donald Trump, the 47th President of the United States. Deuba sent his best wishes for a successful tenure through a message on the social media platform 'X' on Tuesday.
