KATHMANDU, March 19: The Election Commission (EC) has begun distributing certificates to members of the House of Representatives (HoR) elected under the proportional representation (PR) system. The ceremony is taking place at the EC premises in Kantipath, Kathmandu.

The distribution marks a key step toward the formal functioning of the new HoR. A total of 110 lawmakers elected under the PR system are scheduled to receive their certificates today.
