KATHMANDU, March 18: A clash broke out between the students of the Nepal Student Union (NSU) and All Nepal National Free Students' Union (ANNFSU) at Patan Multiple Campus.
The confrontation occurred after the ANNFSU, affiliated with the UML, halted the voting, accusing fraudulent votes.

During the scuffle between the leaders of NSU and ANNFSU, some individuals have been injured. The dispute arose over the casting of fake votes. While a multi-party meeting was being held to resolve the issue, the confrontation between the activists of NSU and ANNFSU broke out.
