CHITWAN, Dec 26: A cyclist died in a road accident in Chitwan district this morning. The deceased has been identified as Phillip Praja, 17, of Rapti municipality-13. The accident took place when a bus (Na 4 Kha 6330) heading towards Pulchowk from Pokhara Bus Park hit Parja at the Diyala road of Bharatpur municipality-1. Injured Praja died in course of treatment at Bharatpur Hospital. According to the District Police Office, Chitwan, police have impounded the vehicle and search for the absconding driver was underway.
