KATHMANDU, Oct 12: The Nepal Rastra Bank has published today’s foreign currency exchange rates. As per the latest update, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs 141.60, while the selling rate is Rs 142.20.
Similarly, the buying rate for one euro stands at Rs 163.79, and the selling rate is Rs 164.48.
The Pound Sterling is being bought at Rs 187.96 and sold at Rs 188.76.
Likewise, the Swiss Franc is traded at Rs 175.68 (buying) and Rs 176.43 (selling).
The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs 92.78 and sold at Rs 93.18, while the Canadian dollar stands at Rs 101.03 (buying) and Rs 101.46 (selling).
Forex Update: US dollar appreciates
The Singapore dollar is being bought at Rs 109.07 and sold at Rs 109.53, and 10 Japanese yen are valued at Rs 9.27 (buying) and Rs 9.31 (selling).
The Chinese yuan has a buying rate of Rs 19.88 and a selling rate of Rs 19.96. Similarly, the Saudi riyal is exchanged at Rs 37.75 (buying) and Rs 37.91 (selling), while the Qatari riyal stands at Rs 38.85 (buying) and Rs 39.01 (selling).
The Thai baht is being traded at Rs 4.33 (buying) and Rs 4.35 (selling), and the UAE dirham is valued at Rs 38.55 (buying) and Rs 38.71 (selling).
The Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs 33.61 and sold at Rs 33.66. For the Korean won, 100 units are worth Rs 9.96 (buying) and Rs 10.00 (selling).
The Swedish krona has a buying rate of Rs 14.86 and a selling rate of Rs 14.92, while the Danish krone is traded at Rs 21.94 (buying) and Rs 22.03 (selling).
The Hong Kong dollar stands at Rs 18.20 (buying) and Rs 18.27 (selling). Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs 461.16 and a selling rate of Rs 463.11, the Bahraini dinar is traded at Rs 375.57 (buying) and Rs 377.16 (selling), and the Omani riyal is valued at Rs 367.77 (buying) and Rs 369.33 (selling).
