KATHMANDU, Oct 8: The price of gold has risen by 2,600 rupees per tola on Wednesday.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Entrepreneurs Federation, the price of gold has been set at 238,000 rupees per tola. On Tuesday, the price was 235,400 rupees per tola.
The price of silver has decreased by 5 rupees per tola and is now standing at 2,955 rupees.
