KATHMANDU, Dec 31: Harka Raj Rai has been appointed as Secretary of the House of Representatives.
President Ram Chandra Paudel appointed Rai of Jhapa as Secretary on Tuesday on the recommendation of Speaker Devraj Ghimire.

He was appointed as per Clause (1) of Article 106 of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
