Health Minister Dhakal goes into home quarantine after one of his family members contracts COVID-19

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Minister for Health and Population Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal has quarantined himself at his Pulchowk-based official quarters after one of his family members tested positive for novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) recently.

Madhav Raj Tiwari, the press advisor to Minister Dhakal, told Republica that he [Dhakal] has been staying in quarantine for the past three days. "He has quarantined himself after one of his family members contracted COVID-19," Tiwari added. 

According to Tiwari, Dhakal will undergo the lab test next week as advised by the medics.
