JANAKPURDHAM, Dec 29: A person died in a motorcycle accident in Dhanusa on Thursday. The accident occurred on the Birendra Bazar-Mahinathpur road section of Sahidnagar Municipality-6, Hatipur.
Police Inspector Hari Bishnu Dhakal of the Area Police Office, Yadukuha, said that Ramchandra Thakur, 28 , of Kamala Municipality-8, Harine died in the accident.

According to the police, Thakur who was going from Tinkauriya Chowk to Yadukuha died on the spot when the motorbike (Madhesh Pradesh 06-006 Pa 1819) he was riding hit a pole near a culvert.
The body of the deceased has been kept at the Provincial Hospital Janakpur for a post-mortem and the police said that further investigation is underway.
