KATHMANDU, Nov 21: Nepali Congress candidate Gagan Thapa is leading the vote count in Kathmandu Constituency-4.

According to the latest data, NC leader Thapa has garnered 3490 votes while UML candidate Rajan Bhattarai has secured 2715 votes so far. Similarly, Dr Thakur Mohan Shrestha of Rastriya Prajatantra Party has received 199 votes.
