(KATHMANDU, July 5: Defending champions Nepal are bowling first in the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) U-16 East Zone Cup final after losing the toss to Singapore. The game began at 7:45 AM (local time) at the UKM YSD Oval in Malaysia.

Nepal defeated host Malaysia in the semifinal, while Singapore beat Hong Kong to reach the final. The two teams were in the same group, where Nepal had beaten Singapore by six wickets.
